Powered by Kaolin, a mineral clay, this unique lightener was designed specifically for freestyle blonding and hair painting. After application, Clay Lightener creates a shell barrier around the hair that retains moisture, never drying out or flaking and providing maximum lift. Need to work quickly or not the most advanced at freehand? We got you. Smooth consistency with built-in control means you can have creative freedom with your placement without the worry of transfer, swelling, or bleeding onto areas you don’t want it to.
• For use in on & off scalp applications and classic hand painting techniques such as ombré, balayage, and foilayage

• Paint on the hair using a sweeping motion. No foil, plastic or heat is necessary.
• Process at room temperature for up to 1 hour.
• Mixing ratio for all techniques is 1:2 parts lightener to developer.
• For a thicker consistency, mix 1:1.5.
• For a thinner consistency, mix 1:2.5.
• Can be applied in foil, on scalp and free hand.

How do I use Clay Lightener?
* Mix in a non-metallic bowl.
* Paint on the hair using a sweeping motion. No foil, plastic or heat is necessary. Process at room temperature for up to 1 hour.

* For a thicker consistency, mix 1:1.5
